Step by step
1. Assess the roof
Collect roof, drainage and installation information and discuss an initial assessment.
2. Define the work
Agree on inspections, cleaning and reporting. Identify exclusions and whether minor repairs are included.
3. Agree on visits and costs
Set visits according to the roof and maintenance needs. Clarify charges for extra visits, access equipment, materials and repairs.
4. Review the terms
Check duration, renewal, cancellation, payment and price changes. A maintenance agreement does not automatically include emergency cover.
5. Keep records current
Save reports, approve extra work separately and review the plan when the roof or building use changes.
Possible scope
Reachable roof surfaces, details and drains, agreed cleaning and photographic reporting can be discussed. These are proposal options, not an automatically included package.
Separate work
Repairs, replacement materials, concealed-area investigation, scaffolding and installation work may need separate agreement.
Pricing and availability
Pricing depends on the roof, access, visits and agreed tasks. No fixed package price, response time or priority attendance is promised here.
Limits
Periodic maintenance does not guarantee that damage or leaks will never occur. Report new problems and discuss urgent assistance separately.
